Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

Payment
Single lessons and lesson packages must be paid before instruction begins.
Packages are nonrefundable and may not be transferred to another student.
Packages must be used within the agreed package period.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full.
Missed lessons and no-shows are forfeited.
Students arriving late receive the remaining scheduled lesson time.
Rescheduling
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a lesson.
Lessons rescheduled with proper notice may be moved based on availability.
Only one reschedule is permitted per lesson.
Instructor Cancellations
If the instructor must cancel, the lesson will be rescheduled or credited in full.
No student will lose paid lesson time due to an instructor cancellation.
